The following is the text of an announcement released to the London Stock Exchange on 15th August 2005

 

Royal Dutch Shell plc received notice on Friday 12th August 2005 from Wim Kok, a Director of the Company, that on 11th August 2005 he purchased 500 Royal Dutch Shell A shares of Euro 0.07 each at a price of Euro 27.00 per share. This represents his total holding in Royal Dutch Shell plc.
