The following is the text of an announcement released to the London Stock Exchange by Royal Dutch Shell plc on 7th November 2007
Royal Dutch Shell plc received notice on 6th November 2007 from Christine Morin-Postel, a non-executive Director of the Company, that on 6th November 2007 she purchased 2,725 Royal Dutch Shell A shares of Euro 0.07 each at a price of € 29.20 per share. Her total current holding is now 8,485 Royal Dutch Shell plc A shares.
